Unlike traditional blogging sites like Medium, BLEU isn’t about reposting generic advice. It’s a movement to elevate technical skills through real projects, deep discussions, and collaboration.

Why BLEU Exists

We were really fueled against engineers being stuck in tutorial hell, only doing Competitive programming without actual projects, and not sharing anything with each other.

BLEU’s mission is simple: Break that cycle.
We’re here to:

• Encourage building as the primary way to learn.
• Bridge the gap between regional developers and global tech standards.
• Amplify voices through technical writing and open-source contributions.

How BLEU Works

1. Community First: Discord & Twitter

   • Discord:
     • Weekly voice meetups and project showcases.
     • Field Unveiled: A weekly deep-dive event where experts dissect fields (cyber security, Flutter, Game Development, Web Development)
   • Twitter: We host Spaces (not that frequent) and announce what we're doing on Discord

2. The Website: More Than a Blog Hub

   the BLEU website is designed for developers, by developers:

   • Write in Markdown: Share tutorials, project postmortems, or career insights.
   • Tag System: Categorize posts (e.g., #React, #Rust) to reach niche audiences.
   • Project Showcases: we have a section to highlight community-built apps. they share this on discord's channel #i-made-this

3. Vision

   • Quality over quantity: Blogs are reviewed before publishing.
   • Depth over trends: No “Learn AI in 5 Hours!” posts here.
   • Building: we encourage people to build project to really test their software skills
